02Per episode

Guest Prep

A custom questionnaire and brief for every guest. The host walks in ready, the guest knows the format. No ninety-minute conversation should start cold.

03Per episode

Production

The shoot: your studio, the guest's location, or remote across cities. Multi-camera, properly lit and miked. Built for an hour that looks like one.

Post

Master edit with hooks and b-roll, colour grade tuned per conversation, plus clips cut for distribution. As many clips as the show needs, typically three, six, or twelve.

A cold open and a retention-first structure — rearranged for the way people actually watch, past minute eight.

Publishing and channel management, ongoing after launch. The show keeps growing because someone keeps running it.
